The Lopez Museum presents the final run of Café of Letters with the fourth reading group and discussion on Saturday, December 13 from 2 to 4 pm.
To cap off the series of education and public programs of 2014, Lopez Museum and Library presents the final run of Café of Letters with the fourth reading group and discussion entitled Notes on Failures on December 13, 2 - 4PM. DiscLab will talk about the highs and lows of being a certified DIY and how this frames their research and curatorial projects.
Jo Calubayan's Of Pyramids and Mirrors: Reflecting on In(ter)dependence from Pananaw 8 will be used as an entry point to the discussion.

DiscLab is an independent, not-for-profit organization founded by young art researchers and writers. Their aim is to document the recent history of Philippine contemporary art through critical and multidisciplinary research and writing that situate the public at the center of the process.
Registration fee is P135 (P115 for students and members of the museum’s membership program) and comes with a free admission to the current exhibition. Gourmet Coffee will serve freshly brewed coffee during the discussion.

The Lopez Museum and Library is at the ground floor, Benpres Building, Exchange Road corner Meralco Avenue, Pasig City. Museum days and hours are Mondays to Saturdays, except holidays, 8am to 5pm.
